Wes’s career began in the coal fields of eastern Kentucky in maintenance, welding and fabricating. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University’s Construction Management program, Wes performed surveying on heavy highway projects throughout the southeast region before accepting a position as a project manager in the water and wastewater construction industry, where Wes embraced a heavy self-perform execution strategy over large regions of the U.S. After several years in that industry, Wes joined PMI in 2010 to assist with business development and long-term growth. Since becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2019, Wes holds and oversees PCM’s general contractor’s licensure in 17 states, works with business development for strategic market growth and opportunities in the industries served by PMI and PCM, while maintaining a stronghold on business structure and recruiting, and prioritizing the vital safety culture necessary to protect our teammates and serve our industries’ needs.
