Chris joined PCM in 2002 after a diverse history that ranged from finish carpentry to logging to finish welding for a yacht manufacturer. He joined PMI in the field as a welder and has moved through the ranks from foreman to Project Manager, and now to his current position as Chief Operations Officer (COO), where he oversees day-to-day operations and drives strategic initiatives to ensure operational excellence across all departments. With a strong background in mechanical systems and organizational leadership, Chris plays a pivotal role in optimizing performance, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Chris is also the Quality Control Manager for all PMI’s ASME and National Board certifications (R, PP, and U stamps). His hands-on leadership style and a deep understanding of the industry allow him to align operational goals with the company’s long- term vision. Chris is committed to maintaining the high standards that have made PMI and PCM a trusted name in the field.
