Brad joined PCM in 2021 following a successful 21-year career in operations management. His background includes overseeing multiple departments and campuses before serving as Director of Operations for six outpatient imaging facilities across Southeast Tennessee. During this time, he led numerous capital projects involving the installation of advanced imaging equipment as well as facility expansions and renovations. As Chief Administrative Officer, Brad directs the company’s administrative and business development functions, guiding teams through all aspects of document control, project management, and client relations. He draws on his extensive operational and leadership experience to support PCM’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.
